Shipping Information

All prices include USPS Priority Flat Rate with confirmation (in the entire US). In the case of multiple orders, the method of shipping will be determined by which is the most economical - USPS or FedEx Home Delivery (in the lower 48 states).  Fed Ex also requires a physical residential address (no P O Boxes) and phone number, along with your email address in case they need to contact you to deliver your package. (We absolutely will never share or sell any of your personal information!) Orders will ship out within 5 working days...probably less, because we normally ship all paid orders twice a week, EARLY on Mondays and Thursdays. 


Please unpack your order as soon as it arrives and let us know if there is a problem.  Even though we are not responsible for damages or delays once the boxes are accepted by USPS or Fed Ex, we want to be sure you have received what you ordered and are satisfied with your purchase. Delaying to do this could make a resolution more difficult. We also will gladly assist you if the carrier responsible for proper and timely delivery needs to be contacted.
